You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. You must send the goods back within 14 days after informing the trader. You will then be credited with the total amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the goods from your home to the shop are for your own account. Only if you opt for extra service, such as express delivery or ‘same-day delivery’, we are not obliged to refund the additional costs for the more expensive shipping method. In that case, only the amount for the cheapest standard delivery method needs to be refunded.

If you use your right of withdrawal, you need to return the goods with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging to us. To exercise this right, please contact us on [email protected]. We will give a refund within 14 days from receipt of your cancellation provided that the returned goods have been received in good order.

Shipping and delivery time

We do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working days before 6 pm, we try to ship the same day. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If, for whatever reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The stated prices do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€5.95 for orders under €20 for The Netherlands and for EU under the €50
Free for orders from € 20 for The Netherlands and for the EU €80.

Delivery takes place via the postman or parcel deliverer of DPD. In general, the delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
